Consumer leasing platform RentoMojo has introduced smartphone rentals which let users rent smartphones on a monthly basis and long-term periods as well. At launch, the company is offering the iPhone X, the iPhone 8 and a Google Pixel 2, Google Home, Galaxy S9, Galaxy Note 8 ranging from Rs 2,099 to Rs 9,299 for six, twelve, eighteen and twenty-four month periods. Apple iPhone X pre-orders begin October 27 on Flipkart and Amazon in India

Apple introduced the iPhone X, its flagship iPhone with several new features at an event last month. It already said that the phone will be available for pre-order from October 27 in more than 55 countries and territories including India. Now Flipkart and Amazon.in have announced that the phone will be available for pre-order on the same date. It will be available for pre-order on Flipkart from 12:31PM and Amazon.in will start taking pre-orders from mid-night. Apple iPhone X certification reveals slightly bigger battery compared to iPhone 8 Plus

After the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus got certified by TENAA in China, iPhone X has passed through the same regulatory body that reveals 2716mAh battery for the iPhone X, compared to the 2691mAh battery on the iPhone 8 Plus that was confirmed from teardown a few days back. In fact the  iPhone X has a compact body compared to iPhone 8 Plus. It also reveals 3GB of RAM, similar to the iPhone 8 Plus, as rumored earlier. Apple iPhone X with 5.8-inch OLED Super Retina display, Face ID announced

Apple just announced iPhone X, the company’s latest top-end iPhone at its event. It has a 5.8-inch (2436 x 1125) OLED Super Retina edge-to-edge display with 458ppi, highest pixel density in an iPhone. The display supports HDR10 and Dolby Vision, Million-to-one contrast ratio and also has 3D touch. It doesn’t have home button, instead it uses Face ID, face recognition technology to unlock the phone, powered by neural engine with dual-core, design that can carry out 600bn operations per second. Face ID uses TrueDepth camera system made up of a dot projector, infrared camera and flood illuminator.

Qualcomm teases Apple ahead of iPhone X event, says Android always first to new technology

Apple is all set to introduce iPhone X at an event in Cupertino, California later today. Qualcomm has teased the phone saying that Qualcomm  has enabled some of the world’s first notable features on Android with the list of devices with features such as facial recognition, dual camera tech, bezel-less OLED screen and more that are expected to be present in the iPhone X.
