Nest Labs, a Google company has officially introduced Nest Cam, a security camera, after it was leaked last week. It can stream 1080p videos at 30 fps directly to a phone, tablet or a laptop. This is somewhat like a successor of the Dropcam that the company acquired last year. It has also upgraded Nest app to version 5.0 for iOS, Android and Web that now lets you control your Nest Thermostat, Nest Protect, Nest Cam and Dropcam from one place. CloudPlayer for Android lets you stream music from Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive

The developers at doubletwist have come up with a new app called CloudPlay that lets you stream music from your Google Drive, Dropbox and OneDrive accounts. It is aimed at freeing users from the various limitations that come with other cloud based music players.

Xiaomi has sold over 6 million Mi Bands Worldwide

Twitter will remove the 140 character limit on Direct Messaging next month

Users of twitter will be familiar with the 140 character limit that is set for tweets. The same rule applies for direct messages as well and that is weird as it doesn’t necessarily have to be that short and most often people resort to multiple DMs to get their message across. That is all set to change as Twitter is planning to remove the character limit sometime next month.
