Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro officially launched in India for Rs. 17290


Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Grand Quattro (Galaxy Win) in India. The phone went on sale in India from the official Samsung eStore recently and packs a 4.7-inch (800 x 480 Pixels) TFT display. It is  powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) with Touchwiz UI . It has a 5MP Auto Focus Camera with LED Flash, 720p HD video recording and a 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera. Samsung working on Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 with Intel Atom Clover Trail+ processor?

Alleged specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 (GT-5200 (WiFi) GT-5210 (3G)) has surfaced on the GFXBench (previously GLBenchmark). According to these specifications, the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 would come with a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280×800 pixels) display, powered by a 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Clover Trail+ CPU and PowerVR SGX 544 MP2 GPU. Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro with a quad core processor now available for a price of Rs. 16,900

Having launched the Galaxy Win elsewhere, Samsung, in its own tradition, has renamed the same device to Samsung Galaxy Grand Quattro for the Indian market and is now available from the Samsung India eStore for Rs. 16,900/-. Sporting a 4.7 inch display with WVGA resolution and sporting near-similar specs to the Grand Duos, this dual SIM Android 4.1 Jellybean phone is squarely aimed at competing with the various budget Android manufacturers in India who offer bigger screens for cheaper prices. Currently retailing at Rs. 16,900/- this phone will be available in two colours, black mist and frost white.

Samsung Galaxy Pocket Neo Duos (GT-S5312), an entry-level Android smartphone has been spotted on Samsung India website. It was announced last month along with the Galaxy Star. The Samsung Galaxy Star was spotted on the official Samsung India website earlier this month, but still no sign of the phone yet. The Galaxy Pocket Neo Duos has a 3-inch (320 x 240 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 850 MHz  processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It has a 2-megapixel rear camera and comes with Dual SIM support with Dual SIM Always ON that lets you receive calls on one SIM even when you are using the other one. Samsung Galaxy S4 with stock Android and Nexus-like updates gets official, priced at 649$

In a surprising move, Google has announced a Pure Google Android version of the Samsung Galaxy S4, available unlocked, with Nexus-like updates for 649$ in the United states. This comes as a surprise because this is not a completely new nexus device, like the rumoured Motorola X Phone, but just another Samsung Galaxy S4, with pure Google at heart. Unlocked from carriers and sporting an unlocked bootloader, this device would be the device to get if you are not willing to agree to Touchwiz or all of its features.

Samsung Galaxy S4 shipments cross 6 million units

Samsung has shipped over 6 million units of the Galaxy S4 in 14 days, according to a report from Korean daily chosun. The report says Samsung Galaxy S4 shipments crossed 4 million units in just 5 days. Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom 16MP camera phone, S4 Activ and S4 mini to be announced in May?


Samsung is expected to unveil the Galaxy S4 Zoom (SM-C1010) with a 16-megapixel camera at the end of this month, according to a report from Sammobile. This would be the company’s first camera phone. Samsung already launched the Galaxy Camera with a 17 Megapixel sensor that can capture images at 16.3 Megapixel resolution. The S4 Zoom would hav a similar sensor, 4.3-inch qHD SAMOLED display, instead of a 4.8-inch 720p Super Clear Touch Display and runs on Android Jelly Bean OS with Samsung’s own Touchwiz interface with Nature UX. It would have  8 GB of memory, MicroSD up to 64 GB, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and  A-GPS. ASUS Fonepad vs Samsung Galaxy Note 510

The ASUS Fonepad and the Samsung Galaxy Note 510(also called the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0) are one of a kind tablets. Both launched at MWC, with similar functionality, but with different markets in mind. Carrying the Note brand, the Galaxy Note 8.0 or the Note 510 as it is called in India, has stylus features and all the Samsung goodness associated with all its Note products, while the Fonepad is ASUS’ first entry into the calling tablet market with it squarely aimed at the Tab 2 310’s price range while offering more performance per rupee ratio. By design and looks, it is clearly a Nexus 7 in another form. Between these two tablets, we are going to see which one is better and which one might suit you the best in case you are in confusion. HTC One vs Samsung Galaxy S4 Photo Gallery

The HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 are 2 high-end smartphones with some very impressive specs.The HTC One has a very premium feel to it and is made of metal and packs a 4.7  inch Super LCD 1080p HD display. The  Galaxy S4 on the other hand is fully made of plastic and is extremely thin and light and packs a 5 inch SuperAMOLED 1080p HD display. Both phones are priced relatively the same worldwide. Samsung Galaxy S4 Black Mist vs White Frost Photo Gallery

A lot of you have been asking us if they White S4 is better than the Black one and vice versa  ,so we managed to get both the colours of the Galaxy S4 in India for a quick photo shoot. Here are some photos comparing the two variants side by side. Samsung calls the Black version – Black Mist although it is a lot closer to blue in reality. The white is called White Frost and is actually white.
