Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab S2 9.7 (SM-T815Y) in the new Tab S2 series in India for Rs. 39,400 last month. We brought you the photo gallery and the unboxing of the tablet recently, here we have its benchmarks. It is powered by Exynos 5433 Octa ( 4 x A57 1.9 GHz + 4 x A53 1.3 GHz) processor with ARM Mail T760 GPU, which is better than the Exynos 5420 Octa SoC in last year’s Galaxy Tab S 10.5 and Tab S 8.4 tablets. It has a 9.7-inch (2048×1536 pixels) 4:3 QXGA Super AMOLED display and runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) with Samsung’s own UI on top. Samsung Galaxy View tablet with 18.5-inch display surfaces on GFXBench

Samsung teased the Galaxy View (SM-T670), a large-screen tablet at the IFA last month. Now the tablet has surfaced on the GFXBench (Via) that confirms the specifications that surfaced earlier. Even though the new benchmark listing says that the tablet doesn’t have a rear camera, earlier rumors said that the tablet has an 8-megapixel rear camera. Samsung launched the Galaxy J7 smartphone, along with the Galaxy J5 back in July at Rs. 14,999. We recently brought the review of the Galaxy J7, here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. The Indian variant is powered by an Octa-Core Exynos 7580 64-bit processor that has eight ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.50 GHz per core, instead of Snapdragon 615 SoC in the Chinese variant. It has Mali-T720 GPU, 1.5GB of RAM, 5.5-inch 1080p screen and runs on Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop). Samsung introduced the Galaxy J series smartphones, the Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 in China with 4G support and 5MP front-facing camera with selfie flash light back in June. These smartphones were launched in India in July exclusively on Flipkart. Samsung launched the Galaxy Note5 smartphone in India earlier month for Rs. 53,900. We brought the review of the smartphone recently, here we have its benchmarks. The Galaxy Note5 is powered by an Octa-Core 14 nm Exynos 7420 SoC which has four larger ARM Cortex A57 CPUs clocked at 2.1GHz per core and four smaller ARM Cortex A53 CPUs clocked at 1.5GHz per core, similar to the Galaxy S6 edge+. It has Mali T760 MP8 GPU, 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, a 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560×1440 pixels) Super AMOLED display and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Samsung’s own UI on the top. Samsung Galaxy Note5 Review

Every year at IFA, Samsung unveils one of the most awaited smartphones of the year, the new Note smartphone. The first Galaxy Note smartphone was met with a lot of criticism from many users and bloggers alike for being too big and being too similar to the Galaxy S II in many aspects. Many predicted that the device would fail. Since then, the Note series has come a long way. The Galaxy Note5 is the fifth iteration in the Galaxy lineup of devices. It is probably the best example of the kind of engineering and power packed smartphones that Samsung is able to produce. This year, Samsung announced the Note5 earlier than usual prior to IFA which is its usual stomping ground in an attempt to enter the market prior to the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. Alongside it came the Galaxy S6 edge+ which is a larger version of the S6 edge with an extra gig of RAM and a larger battery.

Samsung usually introduces its flagship S series smartphone at its Unpacked event at the Mobile World Congress in February or early March. Now reports from Korean media (Via), sighting an SK Securities analyst, says that the upcoming Galaxy S7 smartphone will be officially unveiled in January 2016, and go on sale sometime early February 2016.
