While the QX10 was pretty amazing in itself, the QX100 takes the concept to yet another level. [Breaking] Sony buys out Ericsson’s 50% share in Sony Ericsson

We’re still waiting for more information regarding this but Reuters reports that Sony has bought out Ericsson’s 50% share in the Sony Ericsson joint venture. Sony Ericsson has recently completed 10 years of the JV and started off making feature phones and the iconic Walkman , Cybershot series of devices.

2 New CyberShot Phones from Sony Ericsson C903 and C901

Sony Ericsson has announced 2 new Cybershot phones  the C903 and C901 last week along with the W395 Walkman phone.

These launches come just days before the Mobile World Congress 2009 happening in Barcelona this week.

The Sony Ericsson C903 is a Quad-Band GSM and dual-band 3G phone with inbuilt GPS . Camera can capture 5 Megapixel photos  with autofocus , flash. C903 has a dual LED Flash but C901 has a Xenon flash.Video recording is possible too.This sexy phone can be your navigator as well with Wayfinder Navigator app  and Googles Maps comes pre-installed . The display is scratch resistant .

Sony Ericsson C905 8 MegaPixel Camera Phone

Sony Ericsson is going to introduce Sony Ericsson C905 Cybershot with an 8-mega pixel, cyber shot, auto focus and image stabilizing camera.

The camera features of the C905 are truly top-of-the-range and include Face detection, Autofocus, 16 x Zoom, Xenon Flash, Anti-Shake, Image stabilizer and Bestpic to produce the highest quality images with the minimum of fuss. The actual camera works on 3264×2448 pixels, and the video shoots at 30 fps.

The phone has a built in GPS satellite receiver along with support for Assisted GPS that allows for faster GPS triangulation. It will come pre-loaded with Wayfinder Navigator software which provides turn-by-turn navigation system and directions.

Sony Ericsson K810 Cyber-shot Cameraphone launched

The K810 is an upgraded version of the K790,K800 . Its  a true cyber-shot phone with a 3.2 Megapixel image stabilized Camera, Auto-focus,Xenon Flash. It also sports a secondary video-call camera in the front.Network is Tri-band with 3G.

Interestingly there’s no EDGE but there’s Bluetooth and USB .

No pricing information is out yet. But the phone must be available for purchase in by Q2 this year.

Memory Expansion is the form of Memory Stick Micro – it comes with a 128MB card in addition to the 64MB onboard.
