Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) has announced that it has successfully demonstrated 5G Voice over New Radio (VoNR) with its technology partner, Nokia, during the ongoing 5G Trials in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Once deployed, the VoNR solution will enable Vi to offer its subscribers high-definition voice experience over 5G, as well as several advanced voice applications and use cases in the future, said the company. Sony has announced LinkBuds (WF-L900) with a unique open ring design, spatial sound technologies, after it surfaced yesterday. Sony said that it will create new sound experiences with its partners, with a focus on AR gaming, sound AR navigation, new work-from-home experiences, and quick access to music. The company said that it is working with Niantic for the popular game “Ingress” to create an even more immersive AR and sound experience.
