HONOR today announced the HONOR Magic3 series flagship smartphones that includes the Magic3, Magic3 Pro and Magic3 Pro+ models after it became a separate brand. These feature a 6.76-inch FHD+ Flex OLED 89° curved screen with 120Hz refresh rate, support for DCI-P3 colour gamut, HDR10+, 1.07 billion colors, and 4096 brightness levels and feature in-display fingerprint sensor. The Pro+ display features a Nano Crystal Shield coating for extra shatter resistance.
The Magic3 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 with 8GB of RAM and the Pro models pack 888+ SoCs with up to 12GB of RAM. These have a superconducting hexagonal graphene + ultra-thin VC liquid cooling three-dimensional heat dissipation system. There is also AI intelligent heat dissipation management, a combination of hardware and software for excellent balance of power consumption, heat dissipation and performance, says the company.
The Magic 3 and Magic 3 Pro feature a 50MP main camera with IMX766 sensor, 13MP ultra-wide-angle and 64MP black and white camera. The Pro model has an additional 64MP periscope telephoto camera for 3.5x optical zoom, and also has OIS as well as multi-spectral color temperature sensor and 8×8 dToF module. The Pro+ uses a 50MP IMX700 sensor with OIS and a 64MP ultrawide camera instead of 13MP. These feature an HONOR Image Engine for unified image style across chip platforms.
There is new Magic Log, which has 10-bit color depth and customized movie-style 3D LUTs, and supports AI video recommendation. These feature three microphones, support true wireless headset pickup. The Magic3 and Magic3 Pro come in glass back and leather back versions and the Pro+ features a ceramic back.

The HONOR Magic3 comes in Blue Hour, Golden Hour, White and Black colours, starts at 4599 yuan (US$ 709 / Rs. 52,740 approx.) for the 8GB+128GB version and the 8GB+256GB version costs 4999 yuan (US$ 771 / Rs. 57,335 approx.).
The Magic3 Pro comes in Black, White and Golden Hour colours. The 8GB+256GB version costs 5999 yuan (US$ 925 / Rs. 68,805 approx.) and the 12GB+512GB version costs 6799 yuan (US$ 1,049 / Rs. 77,980 approx.). The HONOR Magic3 Pro+ comes in Ceramic Black and Ceramic White colours in single 12GB+512GB version priced at 7999 yuan (US$ 1234 / Rs. 91,740 approx.). These are available to order from today and will go on sale in China starting from August 20th.
For the global markets, the HONOR Magic3 costs 899 Euros (US$ 1054 / Rs. 78,315 approx.) for the 8GB + 256GB version, the Magic3 Pro costs 1099 Euros (US$ 1288 / Rs. 95,725 approx.) for the 8GB + 256GB version and the Magic 3 Pro+ 12GB + 512GB version costs 1499 Euros (US$ 1757 / Rs. 1,30,570 approx.). No details about the global roll-out yet
