Motorola’s upcoming smartphone codenamed ‘Liberty’ surfaced recently and was said to be announced by the company in Q2, 2020. But now, YouTube Device Report Page has listed the smartphone with key specifications and also reveals the possible launch date.
Samsung has announced Exynos 880, the company’s latest processor with built-in 5G modem and a cheaper version of the last year’s Exynos 980 soC for mid-range 5G smartphones. It is based on 8-nanometer (nm) FinFET process technology. It has two high performing ARM Cortex-A77 cores clocked at 2GHz and six efficient Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz and ARM Mali-G76 MP5 GPU. The modem also supports E-UTRA-NR Dual Connectivity (EN-DC), which combines 2CC LTE and 5G connectivity, to maximize mobile downlink speed up to 3.55Gbps. In addition, it is a multi-mode modem that utilizes major networks from 2G to 4G LTE for reliable mobility anywhere. It has a 6.53-inch FHD+ LCD screen with 90.72% screen-to-body ratio, houses a 16-megapixel camera in the punch-hole and is powered by new Samsung Exynos 880 SoC with built-in SA & NSA dual-mode 5G, adopts 360° antenna design that promises ultra-stable signal. The phone also uses 90mm liquid-cooled heat dissipation heat pipes and multi-layer PGS graphite heat sinks close to 10,000 square millimeters, combined with thermally conductive gel that promises up to 10° C temperature reduction. After teasers iQOO has officially introduced the Transformers Limited Edition version of the iQOO 3 5G smartphone in China. It has Transformers logo on the back and iQOO branding with gold accents. There is also a carbon fiber texture throughout the back, under the glass. There is also a slight redesign in the camera part to match the look along with gold finish throughout the sides, while the power button is in orange color. A couple of months back, Sony introduced its Xperia 1 II (Mark 2) at an online event packing a 6.5-inch 21:9 CinemaWide 4K HDR display, Snapdragon 865 with 8GB of RAM and a triple camera setup featuring ZEISS optics.
