The low mid range is decidedly a hard-fought battle between manufacturers. Here, on paper specifications win the consumer but most of the times, the results hardly match expectations. Xiaomi Redmi Note went on sale in India earlier this month for Rs. 8,999. Xiaomi has announced that Redmi Note 4G will go on sale on Flipkart on December 30th, as it promised at the launch. The Redmi Note 4G has support for TD-LTE 2300MHz (Band 40) and FDD-LTE 1800MHz (Band 3) for India and is powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 SoC, instead of Octa-Core MediaTek chip in the 3G variant.
