Tencent games launched the PUBG Mobile lite beta in Philippines back in August last year, earlier this year it expanded to more Asian countries. Today it has launched the mobile game in India officially. Sony has introduced RX100 VII compact camera with a new 1.0-type stacked 20.1 MP Exmor RS CMOS image sensor with DRAM chip and latest generation BIONZ X image processor. This combination delivers new levels of autofocus performance and achieves speed breakthroughs that have previously only been seen on the Alpha 9, said the company. It has ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T* 24-200mmviii F2.8-4.5 high magnification zoom lens.
After reports, Apple and Intel have confirmed that Apple will acquire the majority of Intel’s smartphone modem business in a transaction valued at $1 billion. Approximately 2,200 Intel employees will join Apple, along with intellectual property, equipment and leases. Intel closed its 5G modem business in April this year after Apple and Qualcomm announced a settlement and prior to this, Intel became the sole third-party provider of modems of the iPhones launched in 2018. The US Federal Trade Commission has fined Facebook a whopping $US 5 billion for violating a 2012 FTC order on consumers’ privacy. It is is the largest ever imposed on any company for privacy violations and almost 20 times greater than the largest privacy or data security penalty ever imposed worldwide.
HP has launched new models of Z series of mobile workstations in India and the new range includes ZBook 14U, ZBook15U, ZBook 15, Zbook 17 and ZBook Studio X360. HP says that these laptops are designed for creative and technical professionals, executives and students who demand high-performance computing and premium experiences. The ZBook models were announced at Computex 2019.
ZTE’s nubia brand today announced that it will introduce its flagship Z20 smartphone at an event in China, Beijing on August 8th. The invite doesn’t say anything other than mentioning it as the annual flagship device, and the image shows a camera lens. We don’t know any other details about the successor of last year’s Nubia Z18, but the company recently shared couple of samples shot on the Z20.

Google released Sound Amplifier app back in February this year for phones running Android 9 Pie or later and it came pre-installed on Pixel 3 phones. Google has updated the app to support Android devices running Android 6.0 Marshmallow and above. The app enhances audio from your Android device using headphones to provide a more comfortable and natural listening experience. Sound Amplifier uses machine learning that augments sound and filters out background noise for people who have hearing loss. Samsung introduced the Galaxy Fold at its Unpacked event back in February and said that it will go on sale in April. But it didn’t happen since people who reviewed the device reported issues with the screen and the body. Today the company has announced that it will now roll out the foldable device in September after making improvements to the design and construction. Samsung is all set to introduce the Galaxy Note10 series on August 7th. Today we have the first image of the Galaxy Note10+ 5G that will head to Verizon Wireless in the US, thanks to @evleaks. This shows triple rear cameras as the Note10 and doesn’t have the additional ToF sensor like the Note10+.
