As per the International Data Corporation (IDC)Worldwide Quarterly Wearable Device Tracker, vendors shipped 27.4 million units in the Q4 2015, a 126.9 percent increase from the year before.

Xiaomi launched its Mi Band in India back in April last year for Rs. 999, later in November it launched the White LED edition with only White LED light, compared to multicolored LED lights in the original version for Rs. 799.
