Apple iPhone 5C and 5S launching in India on Nov 1st

Apple has just confirmed in a global announcement that the iPhone 5C and iPhone 5S are launching in India and several other countries on Friday November 1st. What comes as a surprise is that India and Mexico get a pretty prominent mention in the press release.Pricing info is still not revealed but we are expecting the 5S to be priced very similar to the iPhone 5 launch pricing at around Rs.45000.The 5C should be priced at around the Rs.35000 mark.The main highlights iPhone 5S include the new TouchID fingerprint scanner , improved camera , faster internals and some new colours including the Gold and Space Grey colors. These multi-location stores will offer Android experiences created for its customers and will showcase a comprehensive range of Android devices, services and accessories, says Spice. Xolo Q700i, the new Xolo phone in the Q CORE series that was spotted online earlier this week, is now available from online retailers Flipkart and Infibeam. Xolo launched the Q700 back in May, and most of the features in the Q700i are similar to the Q700. It has a 4.5-inch qHD (960 x 540 pixels) 16M color capacitive touch screen IPS display based on one-glass solution (OGS) technology, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). Microsoft to release Remote Desktop apps for iOS and Android this month

Remote Desktop has been a popular feature for Windows PCs for a long time, mainly used to remotely help your friends or family, usually for troubleshooting. The Server-Client methodology has enabled the clients to exist on many platforms. In fact, the Remote Desktop Protocol is widely known to be used in third party apps, but as always, nothing comes close to the apps done by the people who created it. Microsoft are doing just that, by releasing Remote Desktop apps for iOS and Android later this month, according to the company’s own press release.

Datawind, the company behind the low-cost Aakash tablets has launched three new tablets, UbiSlate 7Cx, UbiSlate 3G7 and the UbiSlate 9Ci. The UbiSlate 7Cx is the cheapest among these, which comes with a 7-inch capactive touch screen display, powered by a 1 GHz Cortex A8 processor and runs on Android 4.0 (ICS). It also comes with 2G (EDGE) connectivity. The UbiSlate 3G7 also has a 7-inch capactive touch screen display, powered by a 1.2 GHz Cortex A8 processor and runs on Android 4.0 (ICS). It has a 2-megapixel rear camera and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It also has 3G data connectivity, WiFi and Bluetooth support. The Campus A15 has an entry-level smartphone with 2G support, which is also the cheapest smartphone from Celkon. It has a 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) similar to the Campus A10. It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor and has dual SIM support with dual standby. It comes pre-loaded with Interactive games and Zapya sharing app that lets you shake to trasfer data. HTC One Max to finally launch on October 16th, comes with a fingerprint scanner

The HTC One Max might be one of the most leaked devices ever, with virtually everything known before its launch. It was rumoured to have launched at IFA, but the company seems to have finally fixed on a date for the official reveal. According to a Taiwanese invite, the One Max is all set to launch on October 18th, in Taiwan, and the existence of a finger print scanner has been subtly hinted on the invite. The invite reads –

Micromax launched the Canvas Tab P650, the company’s first tablet in the Canvas series last month. We brought you the unboxing last week, here we have the complete review of the tablet. This is one of the first Android tablet to feature a 4:3 display. This is also the first tablet from Micromax to pack a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8389 processor. After all the hype surrounding the golden iPhone , we are always on the look out for golden phones.If you have been following us closely , you must have read about the Samsung Galaxy Golden which was launched in South Korea back in August. It is an interesting flip phone running Android and features dual 3.7 inch WVGA AMOLED displays , one on the inside and one on the outside. The phone goes by the model number SHV-E400S in case you are planning to get your hands on one. Sadly no video but we have plenty of photos of the phone and the retail box for your viewing pleasure.

Once you follow someone, you can see the activity feed of what others are doing on Explore. The app is powered by MapmyIndia maps.
