Apple has managed to cram in much more into a device which has the same footprint of last years’s iPhone 8 Plus.  Until recently India launch of iPhones was plagued with delays but this time, the new iPhones are already up for pre-order here and will be available across the country from today, September 28 at 6PM.

Nokia 7 Plus Android 9.0 (Pie) update in final stages of testing, stable roll out expected soon

Google introduced Android Pie Beta program for a range of smartphones including the Nokia 7 Plus back in May. It released Android P Developer Preview 5 (Beta 4) for the smartphone last week. At the Nokia 6.1 Plus launch last month the company said that the Nokia 7 Plus will get the stable Android Pie update in September, but we are nearing the end of the month.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 MIUI 10 Stable OTA update finally starts rolling out [Download link]

Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 5 smartphone earlier this year running MIUI 9.2 based on Android 7.1.2 (Nougat), and it got the MIUI 9.5 update few months back, but it was based on Android Nougat 7.1.2, last month it released Android Oreo update. Moto G5 and Moto G5S Plus Android 8.1 Oreo update starts rolling out in India

Earlier this month Motorola officially announced that it is rolling out Oreo update for the Moto G5 Plus users in India and Brazil and for the Moto G5 users in Mexico. Now the company has started rolling out the update for G5 and G5S Plus smartphones in India.

OnePlus 6 OxygenOS 9.0 Android 9.0 Pie Stable update starts rolling out

OnePlus has started rolling out OxygenOS 9.0 update based on Android 9.0 (Pie) for its flagship OnePlus 6 smartphone, in about four months after it released the Android P beta as one of the first manufacturers, and releasing three open beta updates this month. Nokia 7 Plus on Android Pie beta gets Digital Wellbeing via a Play Store update

Nokia 7 Plus is one of the first set of devices to get Android 9.0 Pie beta when it is announced by the Google at I/O 2018. At the same event, Google announced the Digital Wellbeing feature which was made available in beta back in August. It was available only to Pixel smartphones running Android Pie. Google Keep for Android silently renamed to ‘Keep Notes’

Google has silently renamed its ‘Google Keep’ to “Keep Notes.” with the V5.0.371.03 that started rolling out on Monday. This tiny rebrand is visible on the home screen icon, launcher, and Android’s App Info page in system settings. However, the Google web app page still refers to the service as Google Keep, and the Play Store listing is yet to be updated. OnePlus 6 OxygenOS Open Beta 3 update brings fixes, new features

After the roll out of open beta 2 based on the latest Android 9.0 (Pie), OnePlus a few days back rolled out third open beta update which brings fixes to ambient display, face unlock, fingerprint scanner and brings a new feature to launch google assistant or any other app by holding the power button for 0.5 seconds. The update also brings support for more Parallel apps and OnePlus Switch 2.1 with new features.
