Samsung at its annual Samsung Developer Conference (SDC) in San Francisco confirmed that its flagship Galaxy Note9, Galaxy S9 and S9+ smartphones will get Android 9.0 (Pie) update in January 2019. The company is calling it One UI that helps you focus on what really matters to you. “With hardware and software working together in harmony, see only what you need, using and viewing your phone with an experience that feels second nature,” said the company. Diablo Immortal MMO Action-RPG coming to Android and iOS

Blizzard Entertainment has announced Diablo Immortal, a mobile massively multiplayer online action–role-playing game in the Diablo franchise for Android and iOS devices that has been co-developed by Blizzard Entertainment and NetEaseIt. It brings Six iconic and highly customizable Diablo character classes —Barbarian, Crusader, Demon Hunter, Monk, Necromancer, and Wizard—each with new powers and abilities, with more playable classes planned for future updates.

OnePlus 6 OxygenOS 9.0.2 update brings 6T features including Nightscape, Studio Lighting and new navigation gestures

After OnePlus 6 got open beta 6 update earlier this week that brought several features that OnePlus introduced on the OnePlus 6T including new navigation gestures, Nightscape, Studio Lighting and more, the company has rolled out stable OxygenOS 9.0.2 update that with the features. It also adds support to launch Google Assistant or other third party assistant app by holding the power button for 0.5 seconds.

After rolling out Android Pie beta update for the Nokia 6.1 Plus smartphone earlier this month, HMD Global today started rolling out stable Android 9.0 (Pie) update for the smartphone, as it had promised. It rolled out Android Pie update for the Nokia 6.1 yesterday. The company already announced that Android Pie update will be coming to Nokia 8 and Nokia 8 Sirocco in November.

Honor View 10 EMUI 9.0 Android 9.0 Pie beta update starts rolling out in India

Huawei introduced EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9.0 (Pie) at the IFA 2018 last month. Earlier this month the company said that EMUI 9.0 will bring local language support, local calendar, deeper integration of Paytm, and more for India users. It also said that EMUI 9.0 will rolling out in beta for Huawei Mate 10, Mate 10 Pro, P20, P20 Pro, Honor 10, Honor View 10, and Honor Play soon. Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro is amongst best-selling devices launched this year, Xiaomi launched it running on Android Nougat despite launching in February and later in June rolled out Android Oreo update. Redmi Note 5 Pro runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 mobile platform and devices like Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1, Nokia 6.1 Plus and Motorola One Power with the same SoC are confirmed to receive Android Pie update in the coming month but Xiaomi has not announced their plans about Redmi Note 5 Pro Android Pie update. Fortnite Beta for Android now available for all compatible devices without an invite

Epic Games released the Fortnite beta for Android exclusively on Samsung devices first, back in August. Later it was available through invite for select users of other smartphones. Now the game is available for all the compatible smartphones without an invite. It already said that the devices should run Android 8.0 or higher, should pack 3GB RAM or higher and require compatible GPU – Adreno 530 or higher, Mali-G71 MP20, Mali-G72 MP12 or higher.
