Motorola XOOM Wi-Fi officially announced by Sprint, coming out next week

We told you last month that Sprint will be launching the first ever Honeycomb tablet known as Motorola XOOM, and at the moment it’s available at Verizon Wireless and several retailers in USA. Today, Sprint officially announced the Motorola XOOM which is coming out on May 8th for $599. Only bad news is that the tablet is neither 3G nor 4G, it’s Wi-Fi only tablet. T-Mobile USA to launch Samsung Galaxy S II?

Back at MWC, Samsung officially announced the Samsung Galaxy S II which is a successor to Galaxy S. They recently launched the device in Korea and it’s going to hit several other countries next week. When Galaxy S landed in USA, it was launched by all the major networks of USA and it’s still available. Now it looks like Samsung is about to do the same thing with the Samsung Galaxy S II. Idea reaches 1 million 3G users in the first month


Idea Cellular that launched 3G services in India at the end of last month reaches 1 million 3G subscribers in 1 month. They launched their 3G services in Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh, Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh last month, later it was launched in UP East, UP West, Maharashtra & Goa and recently launched their 3G services in Kerala. Apple officially announces the White iPhone 4, available tomorrow.

Apple officially announced the iPhone 4 last year and it’s almost one year old now. iPhone 4 is no doubt a great device and Apple has sold more than 18 million iPhone units so far. When it was announced, Apple also announced that there will be a White iPhone 4 too but then Apple postponed it till July, and then in October, Apple delayed it again till 2011. We heard that it will be out around summer 2011 and now it’s finally here.

Verizon officially launches the Casio G’zOne Commando, a rugged Android phone

We just told you about the Droid Incredible 2, which is finally announced for Verizon Wireless, but it’s not the only phone Verizon is launching on April 28th. Today, Verizon officially announced the Casio G’zOne Commando which is there first ever Android powered rugged device. We first heard about it in March, and now Verizon has officially unveiled it. They are planning to launch it along with the Incredible 2 on 28th April for $199.99 with a new 2-yr customer agreement. HTC DROID Incredible 2 Launched on Verizon

Verizon Wireless has officially launched the HTC DROID Incredible 2 for it’s network. The device is pretty similar to the Incredible S which is available in Europe and Asia but is modified to work on Verizon’s network. The device will be available from April 28 for $199.99 with a 2 year contract

BlackBerry Monza hitting T-Mobile USA in June?

Earlier this month, we saw the first leaked shots of Blackberry Monza which is a touchscreen phone and comes with some good features. Few days ago, spec sheet of Monza was leaked in which we saw that the device comes with some good features. We heard that it will hit Verizon Wireless in USA, but now it looks like it will also hit T-Mobile USA. Our friends over at Tmo-News reporting that BlackBerry Monza will hit T-Mobile on June 29th, which is still a month away. LG Optimus 2X is the first ever dual-core device which was launched by LG this year. It’s currently available in USA via T-Mobile where it’s known as T-Mobile G2X. What’s the difference between these two devices? The hardware is same but T-Mobile one is running stock version of Android which is also known as Vanilla. iPhone caught running on T-Mobile 3G, will be known as iPhone 4S?

iPhone is one of the most selling devices in the USA, and it’s my personal experience that out of 10 people, 6/7 people are iPhone owners. Android is giving Apple a hard time, but Apple has its own special and unique place. iPhone 4 was launched by Apple last year and is currently available at AT&T and Verizon Wireless in USA. Both carriers have sold millions of iPhone and now it looks like Apple is looking for another mobile network.
