Panasonic has launched P55, the company’s latest smartphone in P Series. It has a 5.5-inch HD display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a  8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It has dual SIM support and has unique features such as Pop-i Player, Music Café and Gesture Play. Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 went on sale in India recently. We already brought you the unboxing and the photo gallery of the smartphone. Here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. The phone is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) SoC that has four ARM Cortex-A53 CPUs clocked at 1.19 GHz per core and has Adreno 306 GPU. This is one of the first smartphones to launch in India to feature the new budget Snapdragon chip. It has a 1.5GB RAM, 6-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It comes with a magnetic pogo pin keyboard that has a touchpad so that it can double up as a laptop. Samsung Gear S pre-booking starts in India

Samsung launched its Gear S Smartwatch with built-in SIM card slot in India last month for Rs. 28,900. Now Samsung has started taking pre-orders for the smartwatch in India on their official eStore. Lenovo India just sent out press invites for the launch of the Vibe X2 on November 6th, the company’s latest high-end smartphone in the X series. The Lenovo Vibe X2 was announced at IFA back in September and packs a 5-inch 1080p display, powered by a 2 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6595 processor and runs on Android 4.4 (Kitkat) with Vibe UI 2.0 on top. Google Nexus 6 coming soon to Flipkart

Last month Google announced the Nexus 6, the company’s flagship Nexus smartphone made by Motorola. Soon after the announcement Motorola India revealed that the smartphone would roll in 28 countries, including India starting later this year. Google launches Indian Language Internet Alliance, introduces Hindi Voice Search

Google today launched Indian Language Internet Alliance (ILIA), a group formed to promote growth of Indic-language content online, at an event in India. Google hopes to enable 300 million Indian language speakers to become highly engaged Internet users by 2017. Google rolled out Hindi language Voice Search in India few months back, today it launched it in the country officially, and also demoed it at the event. Google Search lets users enable voice search in five languages, out of more than 50 supported languages and dialect. 100,000 Redmi 1S units to go on sale on Nov 4, will be pre-added to carts for some who repeatedly tried and failed

Xiaomi is bringing another 1,00,000 units of the Redmi 1S smartphones for India on November 4th. As a surprise, the company has announced that, lucky fans those who tried to buy Redmi 1s and failed, will find the device added to their cart on Flipkart on November 4th. It did the same thing for Mi 3 during Diwali, but it only offered 25,000 units for lucky ones. This time it did not announce how many lucky fans would get their Redmi 1S smartphone in their cart automatically.

Sennheiser has launched MM 30G, the company’s latest in-ear headset created for Samsung devices. The ear-canal design of the headset passively attenuates ambient noise and has high-end dynamic speaker for a bass driven stereo sound. It has compact in-line remote control for volume control, music or call control and integrated microphone for voice calls.
