Micromax has launched Canvas Fantabulet F666, the company’s latest phablet. Micromax is calling it a smartphone since it has 3G support and voice calling capabilities. Lenovo has introduced Lemon 3 (K32C36), the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the Lemon series in China. It packs a 5-inch 1080p display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 616 processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Lenovo’s own UI on top. Google has just release v9.19 of its Maps application for Android devices and it brings in a host of new features and improvements including a driving mode and audio toggle for navigation among other things.
Manu Kumar Jain, Head of Mi India earlier today tweeted a teaser with the caption Mi Generation T-24 hours to lift off and said “An exciting announcement will happen tomorrow. Always believe something wonderful is about to happen”. This doesn’t give us any hints about what the company is planning to announce, except that it could be a next-generation device. Sundar Pichai just took to the Google+ platform to announce the dates of Google I/O 2016 which is set to take place just 18 weeks from now in California.
After reports about Lenovo planning to shift focus of the Moto lineup to higher end smartphones and the statement that said that all Moto smartphones in 2016 will come with fingerprint sensors, many felt that they would be cancelling off the Moto E or perhaps the Moto G as well.

It packs a 5.5-inch HD screen, is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 410 64-bit processor, runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop), has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 8-megapixel rear camera that also has LED flash for capturing better images even in low lighting conditions.
