Google at the I/O 2016 announced that Google Play now has over 1 billion monthly active users and Play users installed apps 65 billion times last year. David Burke, VP of Engineering, Android announced at the I/O developer conference yesterday that it is garnering suggestions from users before finalizing a name for Android N.

Google has finally confirmed that Android apps are coming to Chrome OS, as per earlier reports. The company has not officially announced this latest development but a session description on its website confirms the same.
