Soon, you might be able to record larger video files for 4K recordings as code has been spotted in Android 11 AOSP code that removes the current 4GB file limitation. This will update a decision taken by Google back in 2014 to set the 4GB approximate file size limit as that was all that required at the time.
Google has paused the rollout of Chrome 79 that was just released with the new phishing protections updates. Users who updated discovered a bug that caused data from other apps to be deleted. The reason identified had to do with how apps use Android WebView on Android.

Motorola launched its Android One based Motorola One Power smartphone last year and it launched with Android 8.0 Oreo and was later updated to Android 9.0 Pie. As promised earlier, Motorola has now started to roll out Android 10 update to the One Power smartphone.

Google is releasing a bunch of new features and updates to Pixel users with the Pixel feature drops via software updates. The first feature drop will include updates to Google Photos, Duo, Call Screen, improved memory management and more. Google promises it will continue improving the experience on Pixel phones with more Feature drops in the future.

Sony introduced the Xperia 1 smartphone with 4K OLED HDR 21:9 display at MWC earlier this year and the company launched the Xperia 5 with 21:9 display recently at IFA this year. Google introduced Digital wellbeing along with Android 9 as a bunch of tools to help users unplug from their smartphones and have more fulfilling lives. Since then, Google has constantly been working on adding more tools to the suite, with the latest being Android Focus Mode.
Update 3: OnePlus is rolling out new OxygenOS 10.0.1 hotfix for the OnePlus 6 and 6T. This has fixes and improvements, and is 74MB in size for the 6T and 50MB for OnePlus 6, however these still have October security patch. Google has started rolling out new over-the-air (OTA) update for Pixel devices and also posted factory images as part of monthly Android Security release for December. Pixel and Pixel XL get the final patch, as it had promised. Google is also adding Live Captions (for Pixel 3 and later), Styles & Wallpaper (Pixel 3 and Later) Pixel themes, Swipe-down gesture for notifications and Gesture navigation in third-party launchers (Pixel 2 and later), as noted by Android Police. Samsung announced Android 10 beta program officially for the Galaxy S10 series last month, and roll out the beta update for Galaxy S10 series, Galaxy Note 10 series few weeks back, and most recently for the Galaxy Note 9 and Galaxy S9 series. Now it has confirmed the Android 10 One UI 2.0 update schedule for its old phones, and also said that stable update will begin starting from January 2020 for its flagships. After the 6Z, ASUS has started rolling out Android 10 update for the 5Z smartphone globally, including India. The phone was launched back in July last year running Android 8.0 (Oreo) with ZenUI 5.0, and got the Android Pie update earlier this year. The new Android 10 update with ZenUI 6.0 brings system-wide dark theme, smart app support on messages, gesture-based UI navigation, enhanced security and privacy, and this update also upgrades the Google Play services.
