LINE Music streaming service launched in Japan
LINE corporation, popular for its messaging service has launched LINE Music in Japan. It has a catalog of over 1.5 million tracks from top labels including Sony, Universal, and Japan’s Avex. It plans to expand the catalog to 5 million tracks by the end of 2015 and 30 million by 2016. Line messenger users can also send tracks and playlists to their contacts.

Xiaomi Mi 4i Dark Grey goes on sale through Mi India website on June 16
Xiaomi launched the Mi 4i smartphone in India for Rs. 12999 back in April. Even though the smartphone comes in white, blue, yellow and pink colors, only the white color was launched in India initially. Dell Venue 8 7000 series Android tablet launched in India for Rs. 34999
Dell introduced Venue 8 7840 in the 7000 series, as the world’s thinnest tablet at just 6mm thickness, back in September last year. It went on sale in the US earlier this year. Now the company has launched the tablet in India. It has a 8.4-inch (2560 x 1600 pixel) OLED display, is powered by a 2.3GHz Intel Atom Z3580 processor with PowerVR G6430 GPU. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera, two Intel RealSense Snapshot Depth Cameras for depth mapping, measurements and 3D editing and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

Gionee just announced the Marathon M5, the company’s latest smartphone in the M series with a 6020mAh battery using two 3010 battery cells. Gionee promises up to 62 hours of standby even if the phone has only 5% of power left. It has fast dual charging chips and can also be used to charge other devices. It has unibody metal build with a narrow frame and is just 8.5mm thick (4.75mm edge), even though it packs a huge battery.
