Coolpad launched the Dazen X7 smartphone in India last month. We brought you the hands-on impressions and its unboxing recently, here we have the benchmarks. It is powered by a Octa-Core MediaTek MT6595M processor which as four ARM Cortex-A17 cores clocked at 2GHz per core and four ARM Cortex-A7 cores clocked at 1.69GHz per core, based on ARM big.LITTLE and 28nm HPM process. It has PowerVR 6200 GPU, 2GB RAM comes with a 5.2-inch 1080p display and runs on Android 4.4 (Kitkat) with Cool UI 6 on top.

Huawei Watch delayed till September or October

Smartfren Telecom Tbk, a popular mobile operator and device maker based in Jakarta has partnered with Cyanogen Inc. to launch the Andromax Q smartphone running on Cyanogen OS 12 based on Android 5.0 (Lollipop). It has a 4.5-inch FWVGA screen, is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 64-bit SoC, has a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. LG G Flex 2 on Sprint gets 5.1.1 Lollipop OTA update

Sprint has begun the roll-out of Android Lollipop 5.1.1 for the LG G Flex 2 devices on its network. The update was made live as an OTA update for users yesterday. The update changes the version number from LS996ZV5 to LS996ZV6.
