Droid X getting Froyo in few days?

Android 2.2 is a dream of every Android user, specially for those who are stuck on older versions like Android 1.6. According to leaked shot of the Verizon document above, you can see that the Droid X is ready to get Android 2.2, and Motorola will launch it anytime for the Droid X. Droid X is currently the flagship device of Verizon and Motorola, and if they want to keep their Droid X users happy, then Android 2.2 is a good move. A few days ago, we heard from Motorola that the Android 2.2 for Droid X will be out in early September, so Motorola it’s time to fulfill your promise. Verizon Summer catalog leaked, confirms Droid 2!

BGR got their hands on the leaked Verizon Wireless Summer device catalog, in which we will see a lot of interesting things. The most interesting thing we will see is the successor of the Original Droid/Milestone (read our review), the Droid 2 (and the image above confirmed that the phone will be called Droid 2). We are only waiting for Verizon to come out and announce the Droid 2. Verizon and Motorola worked very hard on the Droid X which is about to hit the market on July 15th.
