POCO launched the most expected POCO M3 smartphone in India last week starting at Rs. 10,999. POCO today confirmed that it sold over 1,50,000 or 1.5 lakh units of POCO M3 smartphones in the first sale on  Flipkart yesterday, February 9th. Twitter records $1.29 Billion in revenue in Q4 2020; 192 million monetizable Daily Active users

Twitter has released their earnings report for the 4th quarter of 2020, revealing that the company earned a revenue of $1.29 billion, which in an increase of 28% compared to Q4 2019. The company saw their average monetizable DAU grow by 27% YoY, reaching 192 million. GAAP operating income was $252 million compared to $153 million a year ago and GAAP operating margin was 20% compared to 15% in Q4 2019.

RedmiBook Pro with up to 11th gen Intel Core i7 H35-series processor, metal body to be announced on February 25

After teasers Xiaomi has confirmed that it will introduce the new RedmiBook Pro, the company’s top-end laptop in China on February 25th along with the Redmi K40 series. The company already confirmed it will feature 11th Gen Intel Core i7 H35-series Special Edition processor and MX450 GPU. The laptop will come with a 2K display compared to Full HD display in earlier RedmiBook Pro models. It has confirmed 1.55-inch (320 x 360 pixels) color touch display, 24 x 7 heart rate tracking, Blood oxygen (SpO2) monitor, guided breathing, 14 sports modes, auto sports recognition that can track walking and running, Google Fit sync, 5ATM water resistance and a 210mAh battery with up to 10 days battery life. ‘Nothing’ to announce wireless headphones in Summer 2021; raises $15 million in Series A funding

Twitter may introduce subscription based features for Tweetdeck and other services

Twitter is reportedly looking into releasing a subscription based model that will be an alternative to the advertisement-supported model that they currently employ. They are still looking into what can be offered for a subscription, including the ability for users to pay to follow content from certain accounts, an “Undo send” button, profile customization options and more.
