Even though it is in the same size, the new Pi 4 has a faster 64-bit quad-core Broadcom BCM2711 SoC with ARM Cortex-A72 CPU, has built-in dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, Two USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports, Dual monitor support, at resolutions up to 4K, VideoCore VI graphics, supporting OpenGL ES 3.x and 4Kp60 hardware decode of HEVC video.

After rolling out Android Pie update for the Nokia 3 smartphone earlier this month, HMD Global has started rolling out the update for Nokia 1 as it had promised. The phone was introduced back in March last year running Android 8.1 (Oreo) Go Edition, and this is one of the few Go Edition phones to get Android Pie since most phones like Lava Z50 and Redmi Go are still running Android Oreo since the launch.

OnePlus has released OxygenOS open beta update 13 for the OnePlus 6T and beta 21 for the OnePlus 6 that brings several improvements, including FPS option (15, 24 or 30 fps) to Screen Recorder that was introduced with a beta update last month. ASUS launched its flagship 6Z smartphone in India last week. We already brought you the first impressions of the smartphone, here we have the camera samples from the phone. The phone packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with 1/2″ Sony IMX586 sensor with 0.8μm pixel size, f/1.79 aperture lens that uses Quad Bayer technology for 12MP effective images, along with a 13-megapixel f/2.4 aperture 125-degree ultra-wide lens so that you can use it as both front and rear cameras, and the motorized flip mechanism can be used in 90-degree position. Samsung just launched Galaxy Tab S5e (SM-T725), the company’s latest tablet in India. It was announced back in February and packs a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED WQXGA screen, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 670 SoC and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie). It has quad-speakers tuned by AKG by HARMAN, similar to the Tab S, but it doesn’t have an S Pen or Iris scanner. Samsung and Xiaomi’s Redmi are said to be working on a new smartphone with 64MP ISOCELL Bright GW1 sensor. Today Realme CEO Madhav Sheth has confirmed that the company will be introducing world’s first smartphone camera with 64MP GW1 largest 1/1.72″ sensor and 1.6µm pixel. In addition, he also said that the phone will be launched in India first.
Huawei just announced MediaPad M6 series 10.8″ and 8.4″ along with the Nova 5 series in China. It comes in 10.8-inch and 8.4-inch versions with WQXGA (2560 x 1600 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display, are powered by an Octa-Core Kirin 980 SoC and run on Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.1 on top. These pack a 13-megapixel auto focus rear camera with PDAF and an 8MP front camera. These feature a metal frame, but only the 10.8-inch model has a fingerprint sensor on the home button, below the display. It packs a 6.4-inch Full HD+ display with 90.8% screen-to-body ratio and has 24-megapixel in-screen camera, is powered by Kirin 710, unlike the Kirin 810 on the Nova 5, has up to 8GB of RAM, runs Android Pie with EMIUI 9.1 top, features quad rear cameras that includes a 24-megapixel primary camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, 2-megapixel camera for 4cm macro and a 2-megeapixel camera for portrait shots.
HUAWEI just announced Nova 5 and Nova 5 Pro smartphones in China, as it had promised. These phones pack a 6.39-inch Full HD+ OLED curved glass dewdrop notch display, run on Android 9.0 (Pie) with EMUI 9.1, and feature Leica quad-lens cameras with 48-megapixel sensor, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, 2-megapixel sensor for 4cm macro and a 2-megapixel for porait shots. Update – June 21, 2019: Realme has started rolling out ColorOS 6 stable update for the Realme 2 Pro again after it was stopped due to bootloader issues last month. This has the build number RMX1801EX_11_A.21, includes Android security patch for May, 2019 and is 2.68GB in size. It is rolling out gradually, but you can download the update ZIP file from Realme website here and update manually.
