Airtel strengthen 4G network with LTE 900 technology as 3G network shuts down in Kolkata

Airtel today announced that it has shutdown its 3G network in Kolkata, and only 4G network will be available in the city. It has refarmed the 900 MHz band spectrum being used for 3G to further strengthen its 4G network, which will be rolled out across the country in phased manner. It has deployed state-of-the-art L900 technology in the 900 MHz band to complement its 4G services in the 2300 Mhz and 1800 Mhz bands.

Jony Ive is leaving Apple after more than two decades to form a design company

Apple has announced that its chief design officer Jonathan Ive will be leaving the company later this year, after 27 years, to form an independent design company LoveFrom launching fully in 2020, with Apple as its first client. “While he pursues personal projects, Ive in his new company will continue to work closely and on a range of projects with Apple,” said the company.
