Along with the Note 1, Micromax also launched its IN 1B smartphone under its new ‘IN’ brand, as it had promised. It has a 6.52-inch HD+ mini Drop LCD screen, is powered MediaTek Helio G35 SoC with up to 4GB of RAM, and runs Android 10 without any ads or bloatware.  It features a 13-megapixel primary rear camera along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an 8-megapixel camera on the front.

Micromax just launched its Note 1 smartphone under its new ‘IN’ brand, as it had promised. Moto G10 Play (XT-2117) with 6.5-inch Max Vision display, triple rear cameras, 5000mAh battery surface

Motorola introduced the G9 Play smartphone recently, now the renders of its successor with the model number XT-2117 has surfaced online. This shows a 6.5-inch single punch-hole Max Vision display, similar to the Moto G8 series. It reveals side-mounted fingerprint scanner, just below the volume rockers and triple rear cameras arranged inside a square. There is a Moto logo below the camera. LG’s Q3 2020 profits up 87.7% YoY, Mobile losses narrow

LG Electronics has reported revenues of 16.92 trillion won (US$ 14.24 billion) for the third quarter that ended September 30, 2020, which is up 7.77% compared to the same quarter last year. It posted profits of 959 billion won (US$ 807.14 million), up 22.72% YoY, while net profit was up 87.79% YoY to 649.2 billion won. Apple reports $12.7 billion profit in FY Q4 2020, sets September quarter record in India

Apple has reported quarterly revenue of $64.7 billion, up 1% YoY, and set a new September quarter record. It posted net profit of $12.7 billion, down 7.29% YoY and quarterly earnings per diluted share of $0.73 for the financial year Q4 2020 that ended September 26, 2020. During earnings call Tim Cook said that Apple has achieved a new September quarter record, despite the delay in iPhone 12 launch during the quarter, and the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, including retail store closures.

Samsung’s Q3 2020 profits up 58.74% YoY, mobile profits up 52.4% YoY

Samsung has reported its earnings for Q3 2020 that ended September 30, 2020 in which the company has made revenue of 66.96 trillion won, an increase of 8% YoY. Operating profit rose to 12.35 trillion won, up 58.74% YoY and 51.5% QoQ and net profit rose to 9.36 trillion won, up 48.8% YoY. This is due to stronger sales of memory chips and consumer products.
