LG has launched VELVET, the company’s latest mid-range 4G smartphone in India. Compared to the 5G version that is powered by Snapdragon 765G, the 4G version gets the Snapdragon 845 SoC. Apple introduced its iPhone 12 series smartphones in India last week. Today the company has started pre-bookings for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro smartphones in the country online through Flipkart, Amazon.in, Apple India online store as well as Authorized Apple retailers offline. It will be available through 3500 retail locations across India starting, 30th October. In keeping with social distancing norms, customers who pre-book it offline will be given time slots to pick up their new iPhone from the store or can select to have it home delivered.
