Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro with 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 1200-Ultra / Snapdragon 888, 5000mAh battery announced

Xiaomi at its global event announced its Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro, the company’s flagship phones in the new Xiaomi 11T series. Both these pack a 6.67’’ FHD+ 120Hz AdaptiveSync AMOLED flat display, TrueColor, and HDR10+, 1000 nits of peak brightness, and up to 480Hz touch sampling rate, and the Pro version also has Dolby Vision and has DisplayMate A+ ratings. These are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The 11T is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1200-ultra SoC and the Pro version uses the Snapdragon 888 SoC. These run Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 on top, and Xiaomi already confirmed 3 Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates for the phones. Xiaomi India opens over 100 new exclusive retail stores across the country

Xiaomi India today announced that it has opened over 100 Xiaomi retail stores in the country across tier 5 and tier 6 markets. The company said that it now has presence across cities from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, thereby changing the dynamics of retail business in rural markets and bringing in festive cheer for consumers. Redmi 32-inch and 43-inch Smart TVs with Android TV 11 launching in India on September 22

Redmi today confirmed the launch of new Smart TVs that offer All-Round Smart Entertainment on September 22nd. These will come in 32-inch and 43-inch models, but the company has not confirmed if both these will be Full HD TVs. Both Redmi and Xiaomi TVs are available with 32-inch HD screens. These could replace the Mi TV 4A 32″ and 43″ models. Redmi launched the X50, X55 and X65 series 4K TVs in the country back in March. DIZO Watch 2 with 1.69-inch display and DIZO Watch Pro with GPS launched in India for Rs. 2999 and Rs. 4999

DIZO from realme TechLife has launched DIZO Watch 2 and DIZO Watch Pro in India, as it had announced. The DIZO Watch 2 has a 1.69-inch screen with  600nits of high-brightness, 2.5D glass and premium and yet sturdy metal frame. It has heart rate and SpO2 tracking, sleep monitoring, menstruation cycle tracking for women and has 15 sports modes. The DIZO Watch Pro has similar specifications as the realme Watch 2 Pro, comes with built-in dual GPS and GLONASS positioning, along with 90 sports modes. Apple Watch Series 7 with larger Always-On Retina display, WR50 water-resistant and IP6X dust-resistant body, faster charging announced

Along with the new iPhone 13 series and new iPad and iPad mini, Apple also introduced the new Apple Watch Series 7 at its “California Streaming” event, as expected. Available in 41mm and 45mm sizes, the new Apple Watch has a larger always-on Retina Display that has nearly 20% more screen area and thinner borders at just 1.7 mm, 40% smaller than than the Watch Series 6. Even though it was not mentioned at the event or the website, it will retain the same dual-core processor as the Series 6. Google Pixel 6 Pro detailed specs surface: 6.7-inch Quad HD+ 120Hz curved OLED display, Google Tensor SoC, 12GB RAM, 5000mAh battery

Google already confirmed the launch of Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro smartphones later this fall and also said that it will use its own Tensor SoC, feature an aluminium frame with matte finish on the Pixel 6 and the Pixel 6 Pro will come with a polished aluminium frame. Apple iPhone 11, iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini get a price cut in India

Apple introduced iPhone 13 series in an online event few hours back. At the event, it also announced price cuts for iPhone 11 and iPhone 12, and Apple India has also reduced the price of the models in India. The iPhone 11 got a price cut after the launch of iPhone 12 last year. This is the first official price cut on MRP for the iPhone 12 and 12 mini since the launch last year. Apple iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 13 with 5.4-inch / 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display, A15 Bionic announced; India price starts at Rs. 69900

At its event, Apple just announced the iPhone 13, the company’s latest iPhone, and the successor of iPhone 12 and a smaller iPhone 13 mini, both with support for 5G, new A15 bionic processor and upgraded cameras. The iPhone 13 mini and the 13 come with 5.4-inch and 6.1-inch OLED Super Retina XDR displays, respectively, and have support for HDR and Dolby Vision, same as the predecessor, but these Super Retina XDR OLED displays are 28% brighter outdoors at 800 nits, with higher peak brightness for HDR at 1200 nits. These retain the Ceramic Shield protection that was introduced in the iPhone 12. Apple introduces iPad mini (6th Gen) with 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display, A15 Bionic chip, 5G support; India price starts at Rs. 46900

Along with the new iPad, Apple also upgraded its iPad mini with several upgrades. First up, the new iPad mini features a larger 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display with narrow borders compared to the 7.9-inch display in the predecessor. It has 500 nits of brightness, P3 wide color gamut, anti-reflective screen coating, True Tone, and full lamination. It is powered by A15 Bionic chip, the same chip that powers the iPhone 13 series. The 6-core CPU promises 40% performance improvements, and the 5-core GPU promises an 80% leap in graphics performance compared to the previous generation of iPad mini with an A12 Bionic chip.

Apple said that it is up to 3x faster than top-selling Chromebook and 6x faster than top-selling Android tablets. After rumours, Samsung has officially announced the Galaxy M22, the company’s latest mid-range M series phone in Europe. It has a 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED 90Hz screen with Infinity-U notch that houses a 13MP camera, is powered by screen Helio G80 SoC with 4GB of RAM, has a 48MP rear camera, 8MP ultra-wide camera, 2MP depth and a 2MP macro sensor. This lacks the OIS feature which was present in the Galaxy A22 that shares similar specifications with the M22.
