Gionee GN8001, new mid-range smartphone has been certified by TENAA (via) in China. According to the listing, the smartphone packs a 6-inch 1080p AMOLED screen, is powered by a 1.3GHz octa-core (MediaTek MT6753 likely) processor, runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Amigo UI on top, has 8 or 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. vivo X6 with 4GB RAM, fingerprint sensor gets certified in China

Earlier this month vivo confirmed 4GB of RAM for the company’s upcoming flagship smartphone, vivo X6, after teasing the name of the phone. Even some specifications of the smartphone surfaced along with that, now the smartphone has passed through TENAA (Via), showing off the design of the phablet. There is a X6L version and the X6D version for China Unicom. The Galaxy Golden 2 (SM-W2015) got certified on TENAA last year, but Samsung did not release the phone, now the Galaxy Golden 3 (SM-W2016) has passed through TENAA, but it is not clear if Samsung would release the phone. Samsung Exynos 8890 with custom cores for Galaxy S7 said to enter mass production in December

Samsung’s Octa-Core Exynos 8890 SoC also called the Exynos M1 with custom CPU cores surfaced in benchmarks last month. There were reports that Samsung is also testing Snapdragon 820 SoC for the upcoming Galaxy S7 flagship smartphone and it might also release another variant with the high-end Snapdragon processor that will release sometime in the first half of 2016. Samsung Galaxy View 18.4-inch tablet listing reveals detailed specs, more images

Samsung teased the Galaxy View (SM-T670), a large-screen tablet at the IFA last month. It also appeared on GFXBench confirming the leaked specifications and the images of the tablet surfaced in a leak last week. Now the tablet has been listed on US online retailer Adorama (Via) revealing all the specifications and several images of the tablet. The description says that the Galaxy View will offer portable, touchable TV experience.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 said to be 50% more powerful than Samsung’s Exynos 7420
