Sony India has launched the FX2, a compact Full-Frame Cinema Line hybrid camera designed for filmmakers, independent videographers, students, and content creators. It brings professional-grade imaging technology and Sony’s colour science in a lightweight, ergonomic form factor.

The FX2 introduces the BIG6 (Home) Screen interface, giving filmmakers direct access to frame rate, ISO, shutter, aperture/ND, Look presets, and white balance on a single page. This setup simplifies adjustments and speeds up workflows for solo shooters as well as professional crews.
Its compact design follows the style of Sony’s FX3 and FX30, with an ergonomic control layout built for ease of use. The camera also supports an optional XLR handle for advanced audio and integrates with Sony’s remote monitoring and control apps, making it adaptable to different production environments.
