Samsung has finally launched the Galaxy M30, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the ‘M series’, as it had promised, after it launched the M10 and M20 smartphones last month. It has a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display, and features triple rear cameras that includes a 13-megapixel main camera, 5-megapixel camera for portrait shots and a 5-megapixel 123-degree ultra-wide lens. OnePlus ties up with Qualcomm to start 5G trials in India

Earlier this week at the MWC OnePlus showcased its first Prototype Smartphone powered by Snapdragon 855 combined with the Snapdragon X50 5G modem and Qualcomm RF Front-End solutions. It added that it will also be amongst the first OEMs to launch smartphones powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Mobile Platform in India, and plans to work with Qualcomm on 5G trials. It is designed for photographers to take full advantage of the complete line up of RF lenses and is compatible with the existing collection of Canon’s EF and EF-S lenses with the use of one of three optional RF EOS-R Mount Adapters, says the company.

Samsung teases new A Series smartphones including A50 with triple rear cameras, in-display fingerprint scanner ahead of India launch

A recent report said that Samsung is expected to launch new Samsung Galaxy A Series smartphones on February 28th. Now the company has started teasing the new Galaxy A series on its social channels and its website. This shows the base model with single rear camera and without a fingerprint scanner, which should be A10, another model with dual rear camera and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, which should be A30, and the top-end A50 that surfaced recently has triple rear cameras, in-display fingerprint scanner and Infinity U FHD+ Super AMOLED display.

HMD Global launched the Nokia 6.1 Plus smartphone in India back in August last year for Rs. 15,999, which is now selling for Rs. 15,499 on official site, and Rs. 13,999 during offer on Flipkart. Today it has launched the 6GB RAM version of the phone in India at Rs. 18,499, available in Blue and Black colors through Nokia.com/phones. Earlier this month the company launched the 4GB RAM and 6GB RAM with 64GB storage variants of Nokia 5.1 Plus for Rs. 14,499 and Rs. 16,499, respectively earlier this month.

Swiggy said to be in final stages of negotiations to acquire Uber Eats India

In a surprising move, Uber Eats, the food delivery arm of the global ride-hailing platform, is said to be in final stages of negotiations to sell its India business to rival Swiggy, according to a latest report. Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 India launch event entry registrations open again, attendees get special gift voucher worth Rs. 1500

Last week Xiaomi confirmed that it will launch the Redmi Note 7 smartphone in India on February 28th, even Flipkart has started teasing the phone. It opened registrations to buy tickets for the event on the same day, but it sold out quickly. Today it has opened the 2nd round of registrations on mi.com. The ticket costs Rs. 480, and the company says that it will offer goodies worth Rs. 1500 for all the attendees.
