ASUS today has announced new additions to its ROG Zephyrus family with the launch of Zephyrus S Series, Zephyrus M, Strix G, Strix Scar III and Hero III gaming laptops in India. These laptops were unveiled at the Computex 2019 in Taipei and are now making its way to the Indian market. The gaming laptops are powered by 9th Gen Intel Core mobile processors, NVIDIA GeForce GPU and more.
Realme today announced ‘Realme Million Days’ sale between July 10 and July 12 to celebrate 1 million users of realme C2 with offers on realme C2 and realme 3 Pro.
Xiaomi launched Mi TV 4A 32-inch HD ready and 43-inch Full HD models last year running Patchwall based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). These TVs didn’t get any updates, even months after the company released new Android TV models running Android Oreo-based Patchwall. Today the company has started early access program to offer Android 9.0 (Pie) Android TV update directly to these users, skipping Android Oreo. Xiaomi also adds that it is the first TV brand in the country to roll out Android 9 update for its Mi TVs.

OnePlus launched its OnePlus 7 smartphone in India back in May starting at Rs. 32999. The Mirror Grey Edition went on sale from June 4th, later the 8 GB RAM + 256 GB Red Edition went on sale, now the company has announced that 6 GB RAM + 128 GB Mirror Blue Edition will be available from July 15th from Amazon.in during Amazon Prime Day sale and oneplus.in, and from June 20th through OnePlus exclusive offline stores .

Update: July 8, 2019 — Realme has confirmed that the smartphone will launch in India on Flipkart. It has also posted #RealVoiceOfIndia results that says 62% people prefer pop-up camera, 59% prefer full-screen no-notch display, 66% ask for super fast-charging battery and 81% want a brilliant camera.
Nokia 6.1 (Nokia 6 2018) was launched by HMD Global last year and initially, it was available only in 3GB RAM with 32GB storage variant. The 4GB RAM with 64GB storage model was launched later. The smartphone was selling starting at Rs. 8999 against its original launch price of Rs. 16999, but now Nokia 6.1 has received a Rs. 2000 price cut again in India.

Just after the Redmi 7A launch in the country, Realme India CEO took it to Twitter to compare Realme C2 with ‘Smartphone A’ in a couple of tweets and referred to Realme C2 as ‘Desh ka Real Choice’ which was launched back in April. The specifications of the ‘Smartphone A’ in Madhav’s tweets resemble that of Redmi 7A, which Xiaomi is promoting as ‘Smart Desh ka Smartphone’. Update: July 4, 2019 — PUBG Lite beta is now available for download for users in India from lite.pubg.com. The .exe file is just 64MB, but you need to download 2.4GB game files before you can play the game. It also prompts you to install Microsoft Visual C++, .NET Framework 4.5.2 and DirectX 11, and required graphic drivers during installation. Rewards for those who had preregistered will be given out soon, said the company.

HMD Global has finally confirmed that it will launch its flagship Nokia 9 PureView with 12MP penta rear cameras in India soon, which could be sometime later this month. The penta rear camera arrangement features two RGB and three monochrome lenses to collect up to 10-times the amount of light than a single colour sensor, with ZEISS Optics.
Xiaomi’s Redmi brand just launched the Redmi 7A, the company’s latest budget smartphone and the successor of last year’s Redmi 6A in India, as it had promised.
