OPPO just launched A53, the company’s latest smartphone in the A series in India, as it had promised. It packs a 6.5-inch HD+ punch-hole display with 90Hz refresh rate, 120Hz touch sampling rate, 89.2% screen-to-body ratio, and a 16-megapixel front camera. It is powered by the latest Snapdragon 460, runs ColorOS 7.2 with Android 10 on top, features 13-megapixel rear camera along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. OPPO A53 with 6.5-inch 90Hz display, Snapdragon 460, 5000mAh battery launching in India on August 25

OPPO today confirmed that it will launch A53, the company’s new smartphone in the A series in India on August 25th. It was introduced in Indonesia recently and packs a 6.5-inch HD+ 90Hz refresh rate punch-hole display with a 16-megapixel front camera, is powered by the latest Snapdragon 460, runs ColorOS 7.2 with Android 10 on top, features triple rear cameras and packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.

Oppo A53 has gone official in China, few weeks after it got certified by TENAA. It packs a 5.5-inch HD IPS 2.5D curved screen, is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 SoC and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Color OS 2.1 on top. It has a 7.4mm slim magnesium alloy body. Oppo says that it has achieved a smooth metal body by spraying fine zircon sand after 120 minutes of oxidation, which eventually condenses into a uniform thin layer, to bring a more delicate touch. Oppo A53 with 5.5 inch display, 2GB RAM gets certified at TENAA

Oppo A53, a new unannounced smartphone from the Chinese smartphone maker has been certified at TENAA. Two other smartphones, OPPO A53m and OPPO A33m got the 3C certification in China recently. Out of these, Oppo A33m is already certified by TENAA and while the OPPO A53m looks like the variant of the Oppo A53.
