Update: July 3, 2019 — A day before the launch, the company has confirmed that the Indian version of the Redmi 7A will feature 12MP Sony IMX486 sensor with 1.25um pixel size and AI features, same as the Indian variant of the Redmi Note 7 and the Mi A2. The Chinese Redmi 7A has a 13-megapixel sensor with 1.12um pixel size.

Vivo just launched the Z1Pro, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in India, as it had promised. It was introduced as Z5x  in China back in May, but this is powered by a faster Snapdragon 712  SoC instead of Snapdragon 710 and also has a better 32-megapixel in-screen camera with 4.59mm small camera hole and Super Black technology to blend the camera with the screen. Xiaomi’s Redmi brand launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro smartphone in 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version and the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version at Rs. 13,999 and Rs. 16,999, respectively earlier this year.
