Rovio recently confirmed that, its popular Angry Birds game will arrive soon on the WP7 devices. Peter Vesterbacka also confirmed that, a 3D version of Angry Birds will be launched soon for smartphones with 3D capabilities.

Angry Birds is one of my favorite game and I’m seriously addicted to it. Not only me, but people all over the world love playing this game for countless hours on their smartphones. Angry Birds is already available on iOS, webOS, Android, Maemo and Symbian^3 smartphones, but the Windows Phone 7 users are still dreaming of playing this amazing game on their handsets. Microsoft at Mobile World Congress 2011 spoke about the upcoming updated to their Windows Phone 7 operating system. Starting March 2011 , Microsoft plans to bring out a series of software updates which will make the operating system competitive with Android and the Apple iPhone.

Nokia’s partnership with Microsoft will result in bringing Navteq sourced maps to both WP7 as well as Bing Maps. Microsoft also demoed their upcoming integration with the Kinect gaming system. Watch our video from the event below.

Like we had already posted , Nokia’s Windows Phone 7 based concept phone renders got leaked earlier this week. Today at the Nokia event we got confirmation from Jo Harlow that these concepts were a culmination of two months of combined work by Nokia’s hardware engineers and Microsoft’s software engineers.

Rumours have been going around that Nokia and Microsoft are coming together into a partnership to combat Google’s Android OS and Apple’s iPhone.
HTC 7 Pro is now available for 360 pounds(£432 inc. vat) in UK. The handset features a 3.7 inch WVGA display, with a tilting screen and a slide-out keyboard QWERTY keyboard. It is powered by a 1GHz processor, and comes with a Wi-Fi, 3G and a built-in 5-megapixel camera with auto focus and flash.
