Xiaomi Mi A2, Redmi Note 5 Pro and Redmi Y2 get a permanent price cut in India

After temporary price cuts during festive sales recently, Xiaomi has announced Rs. 1000 permanent price cut for the Xiaomi Mi A2, Redmi Note 5 Pro and Redmi Y2 smartphones. The company says that this is to celebrate Xiaomi being is the top Smartphone Brand for 5 quarters in a row as per the latest IDC report. The company says that Xiaomi India has an amazing 42% share of dual camera phones. It recently hiked the rates of  Redmi 6, Redmi 6A, 10000mAh Mi Powerbank 2i and Mi TV (32″ Pro & 49″ Pro).

Huawei’s Honor brand launched the  Honor 8X, a mid-range smartphone and the successor of the Honor 7X in India last month. It has a similar notch design as the P20 Lite, but this has minimal bezels. Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018) with quad rear cameras launching in India on November 20 on Flipkart and Amazon

Samsung is all set to launch its top-end Galaxy A9 2018 (SM-A920F) smartphone with quad-rear cameras in India on November 20th. The phone will be launched on Flipkart as well as Amazon.in. TRAI seeks views to regulate OTT apps like WhatsApp, Skype and more

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has determined to sort views on whether to regular communication apps such as WhatsApp, Skype, and Viber. This comes to light mainly because of economic and security matters.
