Samsung has launched 3 new phones, Galaxy Y , Wave 3 and the Omnia W phones in India. The Samsung Galaxy Y runs on Android 2.3 and has 3 inch TFT LCD display and features 832MHz Processor. The Wave 3 runs on Bada 2.0 and has 3.7 inch (800 x 480 pixels) inch Super AMOLED display, 1.4GHz processor and 5 MP Auto focus camera with LED Flash and a VGA video calling camera. The Omnia W runs on Windows Phone 7.5 (Mango) and has 3.7 (800 x 480 pixels) inch Super AMOLED display, 1.4GHz processor and 5 MP Auto focus camera with LED Flash and a VGA video calling camera. Nokia Maps for WP7 revealed in screenshots

The wapxap.com team have uncovered the placeholder listing for Nokia Maps on Windows Phone devices. The market place listing shows four screenshots for the new mapping solution being developed by Nokia.

The description reads as :

Nokia Maps helps you to be a local anywhere you go. See where you are and discover places nearby in a snap. Get reviews, uncover new destinations and reach them with smart routing for public transport, walking and driving.

Nokia’s mapping service is known to offer best in class offline turn-by-turn navigation for free. This is expected to be one of the key differentiators of Nokia’s Windows Phone devices from those made by other OEMs.

Is this the Nokia SeaRay ?

The folks over at TheNokiaBlog(unofficial) have got their hands on a purported image of the Nokia SeaRay in what looks like marketing material of  T-Mobile Germany. Highlights include a 3.7 inch AMOLED display and 3D navigation and Windows Phone Mango 7.5.We are not sure if SeaRay could be the final name of the device as it sounds more like a codename.The device does look attractive and looks very similar to the Nokia N9. Lara Croft to make Android debut on Xperia Play

Keen on boosting the Xperia Play’s gaming credential, Sony Ericsson has today announced a partnership with Japanese video gaming developer and publisher Square Enix, to bring exclusive titles to the Xperia Play smartphone.

Nokia launches Symbian Belle phones in India, priced between Rs.12999 and Rs.18999

Nokia has launched the new Symbian Belle smartphones, Nokia 600, Nokia 700 and Nokia 701 in India. These phones were announced last month in Hong Kong, and they come with single-tap NFC pairing and sharing capabilities, 1 Ghz processor and 512 MB RAM.
