Sony launched its flagship Xperia Z3+ smartphone in India back in June last year for Rs. 55,990, now the smartphone is available for just Rs. 25,999 in the country from Amazon.in. Sony didn’t change much in the Xperia Z3+ from the Z3. The major change was Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 processor, but it comes with the same 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Triluminos Display and has Sony’s Omni balance design with glass back. Sony Xperia Z3+, Z4 Tablet and few others will get Android 6.0 directly skipping Android 5.1.1
Sony recently confirmed the list of devices that will get Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update. It already rolled out Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) for most of its devices after it rolled out the Android 5.0 (Lollipop) update. Still some devices are yet to receive the Android 5.1.1 update, now the Sony Mobile Support page (Via) has confirmed that these devices will get Android 6.0 Marshmallow update directly skipping Android 5.1.1. Sony has launched Xperia Z3+ smartphone in India. It was announced last month and packs a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Triluminos Display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 processor, runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and is just 6.9mm thick. It has a 20.7-megapixel rear camera with 1/2.3″ Sony Exmor RS image sensor, BIONZ image processing engine, 4K video recording and a 5.1-megapixel 1080p front-facing camera with EXMOR R sensor. Sony Xperia Z3+ global roll out begins this week
Sony unveiled the Xperia Z3+ smartphone last month. Today the company has announced that it will start rolling out the smartphone globally starting from this week. Sony recently sent out press invites for an event in India on June 26th, where the company is expected to launch the Xperia Z3+ smartphone.

Sony just announced the Xperia Z3+, the global variant of the Xperia Z4, as expected. It has a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Triluminos Display similar to the Z3, but this is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 processor, runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and is just 6.9mm thick. It has Sony’s Omni balance design with glass back and aluminium frame. It also comes in Z3+ Dual, a Dual SIM variant. Sony Xperia Z3: Camera Highlights
Sony introduced the Xperia Z3 and the Z3 compact recently, at the IFA event in Berlin. The obvious upgrades to the Z2 and the Z1 compact featured a slightly newer design and subtle changes to the hardware. One of the clear USPs of the Z3 is, of course, the camera. Since the Z1, Sony’s hardware for the camera has almost been consistent, but a lot of changes in software have not only added features, but made the experience much better. Another great USP of the Z3 and other Xperia devices is the ability to protect itself from water and dust. Couple these two and you get something that other flagships are not capable of.
