Mobile World Congress is right around the corner, and smartphone giants such as HTC are ready to rock’n’roll at the mega event, also carriers like T-Mobile USA are getting ready to introduce new devices because we will be seeing a lot of new devices at MWC. According to a accessory list leaked by Tmo-News, which is telling us that T-Mobile will be launching HTC Ville and Huawei Prism soon as their accessories showed up in the list. HTC One S specs leaked before MWC 2012

HTC is going to be one of the headliners to showcase their devices at MWC this year, they will be showcasing the HTC One series of mobile phones and maybe a couple tablets too. We already know about the HTC One X which will be the first quadcore phone running on Tegra 3. There was no news about the other two One S and One V but now due to some benchmarking done in Nenamark we have come to know some specs of the One S.

NEC to bring 3 LTE handsets with Android 4.0 to MWC 2012

NEC is a good manufacturer, I remember getting their tablet running touch Windows XP, it was a great device, I also used some of their chips while doing my research on Microprocessors and Micrcontrollers, but they have not been very active in the international markets from quite some time now, but as the mobile industry is booming with the help of Android, NEC have decided to come back to action and will be showcasing three interesting devices this MWC running the latest Android 4.0.

An unlisted Youtube video on the Nokia official account hints at a Pure View camera phone for MWC2012. Nokia is hosting a press event on Monday Feb 27 and the date finds a mention in the video. Acer might launch Acer CloudMobile Smartphone at MWC

There are number of beautiful Android handsets available in the market but not all of them are attractive enough to catch your eye. I personally believe that Xperia Arc is probably the most beautiful smartphone yet, but it seems that I might need to reconsider that. Acer is planning to launch the Acer CloudMobile at the Mobile World Congress, which is an amazing phone with jaw-dropping design, as you can see the image above, it will make you fall in love with the design. The device won iF design award and it will be launched around Q2-2012 in North America and China first, then later in other countries. Samsung not hosting Press Conference at MWC 2012

Samsung which is known for it’s grand press conferences at MWC or Mobile World Congress is not hosting any such event this year , not sure why. Sascha Segan from PCMag has learnt from Samsung that they are not hosting any press conference this year during MWC.Samsung is not pulling out of the event. They have a presence at AppPlanet and a hopefully a booth with those shiny devices and pretty girls.

Samsung’s official UAE website reveals the Galaxy S III

Samsung Galaxy S III has been on the radar from quite sometime, there were rumors that Samsung is reviewing their launch of the quadcore beast at MWC, meanwhile in UAE Samsung’s official page listed GT I9300 (Galaxy S III) under the Mobile product name. Which not only proves that Galaxy S III exists but also that it might come sooner than we expect.

HTC Sense 4.0 looks like a really tasty treat, brings guest mode, 50GB Dropbox & other tweaks

HTC was the first manufacturer to take up Android, and it is still the number 1 in the most beautiful user interfaces on top of stock Android. Though I am not a big fan of any UI other than stock Android, Sense UI from HTC is the best and easiest user interface a consumer can get. The good looking widgets, transitions, customization options are simply unmatched by any other company. Now with the release of Android 4.0 HTC is coming up with a new version of Sense UI, Sense 4.0 for it’s Ice Cream Sandwich devices.

Mobile World Congress 2012 also known as MWC takes place in Barcelona next month from Feb 27-Mar 1.It is the biggest mobile event of the year and FoneArena is going to cover MWC 2012 in full force.
