Vivo announces new V1 and V1 Max smartphones in India

Chinese manufacturer Vivo has introduced a new ‘V’ series of smartphones in India. The company announced two smartphones – Vivo V1 and Vivo V1 Max – on Tuesday saying that these will be priced between Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000, and will hit stores later this month. On June 15th, the first updates to Android Lollipop 5.1.1 rolled out to the T-Mobile variants of the Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. Over the past few weeks, the update has made its way to various regions and variants of the device. Now, it’s the turn of the Indian variants of the two devices to receive the update.
