Smartphone Championship: Motorola Droid vs SE Xperia X10

The last match of FoneArena Smartphone Championship was between the EVO 4G and Samsung Galaxy S, both are known as the one of the best smartphones, but unfortunately there is always only one winner, and the winner is Samsung Galaxy S. We got a total of 2,714 votes, in which Samsung Galaxy S got 1,534 votes, and the EVO got 1,180. Well, that was close.

A few days ago, we saw the SE Xperia X10 winning from the HTC Desire with a big margin, and the Droid from the Blackberry Bold 9700, and now it’s between the SE Xperia X10 and Motorola Droid, and the winner will face the Galaxy S. New Sense UI overview !

When today HTC officially unveiled the HTC Desire HD and Z, they also introduced the new HTC Sense UI. Sense UI is one of the reasons of HTC success. HTC Hero was the first phone with HTC Sense, and today Hero is known as the one of the most successful handsets.

Droid X getting Froyo in few days?

Android 2.2 is a dream of every Android user, specially for those who are stuck on older versions like Android 1.6. According to leaked shot of the Verizon document above, you can see that the Droid X is ready to get Android 2.2, and Motorola will launch it anytime for the Droid X. Droid X is currently the flagship device of Verizon and Motorola, and if they want to keep their Droid X users happy, then Android 2.2 is a good move. A few days ago, we heard from Motorola that the Android 2.2 for Droid X will be out in early September, so Motorola it’s time to fulfill your promise. Nokia C6-00, C6-01 and C7 Full Specs Comparison

At Nokia World today, Nokia announced the C6. Wait. Isn’t that already available and just right now getting into the hands of people? Yes. But you see, that was the old C6, or C6-00 if you want, with Symbian^1 and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard. The new C6, or the C6-01, is a Symbian^3 phone with no hardware keyboard. Confused?

Err, yes, so am I. For the record, I simply do NOT get this new naming convention. I thought they changed from their 4-digit 6230 kind of names to avoid confusion. Well, they reached new levels of confusion all-together with this!
