Xiaomi has announced that it has sold 34.7 million smartphones in the first half of 2015. This is a 33% increase compared to its sales in the first half of last year, which was 26.11 million. It sold 61.12 million smartphones in 2014, exceeding ts 60 million target. Xiaomi founder Lei Jun already announced that the company aims to sell 100 million smartphones in 2015. OnePlus recently announced that it will unveil its second flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 2, at a virtual reality event on July 27th. It also said that it has created a custom cardboard VR headsets that has been tailored perfectly for the OnePlus One smartphone. Today the company has announced that OnePlus Cardboards will be available in limited quantity on July 3rd through global OnePlus Store for free with standard shipping cost.

Uber has announced that it has expanded its service to seven new cities – Bhubaneswar, Coimbatore, Indore, Mysore, Nagpur, Surat and Visakhapatnam in India. Uber is growing rapidly in India by adding new cities every few months. It is already present in Bangalore, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Pune, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh and Kolkata and Kochi in India. Uber is now operational in 18 Indian cities, more than any other countries outside of United States (by number of operational cities). Typically every year at MWC, Sony announces a new Z series smartphone and many were expecting to see a Sony XPERIA Z4 launched at MWC this year. Well yes, now we do have a Z4/Z3+ however Sony didn’t leave the announcements dry at MWC. What we got from them is the Sony XPERIA M4 Aqua which is the first smartphone from Sony that is waterproof yet has an unprotected microUSB port. The new Z4/Z3+ do adopt a similar method but it first came out with the M4 Aqua. The M4 Aqua which is the successor of the first M2 Aqua (Weird naming scheme I agree) was launched as a dual SIM variant here in India. So in this review we will be taking a look at the Sony XPERIA M4 Aqua Dual to see how well it performs as a smartphone. Whether or not it is a worthy successor to the M2 Aqua and whether it is worth its price.
