Tablet market continued to decline in Q4 16 which marked the ninth consecutive quarter that tablet shipments have seen a nose dive. According to preliminary data from the International Data Corporation (IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Tablet Tracker, vendors shipped 52.9 million tablets in the fourth quarter, which was a decline of 20.1% from the same quarter one year ago.

ZTE has arrived in India and with a bang, thanks to the Blade A2 Plus smartphone that they’ve introduced. ZTE claim to have designed it keeping the needs of the Indian consumer in mind and is a different iteration of the international Blade A2 model.

ZTE just launched Blade A2 Plus, its latest smartphone in India that packs a 5000mAh battery and support for fast charging, as expected. You can also charge other smartphones with it. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6750T processor, runs on Android Marshmallow, has a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with screen flash.

LG is all set to announce its upcoming flagship G6 this month. We have already seen a number of rumors of the phone. Now, Business Insider has shared a live photo of the G6 that shows the back of the phone.

Huawei’s Honor brand introduced the Honor 6X smartphone with dual rear cameras for the global markets at the CES 2017 last month. It was launched in India a couple of weeks back and went on sale exclusively on Amazon.in in the first flash sale yesterday. Sony Corporation has reported its revenues for the second quarter of the financial year 2016 that ended September 30, 2016. Sales decreased by 7.1% to o 2,397.5 billion yen (US$ 20,668 million) compared to the same quarter last year. Operating income decreased 109.8 billion yen (US$ 796 million) mainly due to the 962 million U.S. dollars (112.1 billion yen) impairment charge of goodwill recorded in the Pictures segment. Back in November last year GoPro recalled 2500 Karma drones purchased since October 23 and offered full refunds after some of the Karma units lost power during mid-operations. Now the company has started selling the drone after fixing the issues.
