Nokia 5.1 Plus with 5.86-inch 19:9 display, dual rear cameras, Android 8.1 announced in India, available in September

HMD Global just introduced the Nokia 5.1 Plus along with the Nokia 6.1 Plus in India.  Similar to the other Nokia phones, it is an Android One smartphone. It was introduced last month in China as X5 and packs a 5.86-inch HD+ 19:9 aspect ratio 2.5D curved glass display with 84% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by MediaTek Helio P60 12nm processor with 3GB of RAM, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) OS, which is upgradable to Android P.

Nokia 6.1 Plus Review

Nokia 6.1 Plus with 5.8-inch FHD+ 19:9 display, Snapdragon 636, dual rear cameras launched in India for Rs. 15999

HMD Global just launched the  Nokia 6.1 Plus, the global version of the Nokia X6 smartphone in India, as it had promised.  It was introduced for the global markets last month, starting from Hong Kong and packs a 5.8-inch FHD+ display with a notch and 19:9 aspect ratio, Snapdragon 636 with 4GB of RAM, Android 8.1 (Oreo),  16-megapixel rear camera with RGB sensor, 5-megapixel secondary rear camera with a monochrome sensor, AI portrait and scene recognition and a 16-megapixel front camera with AI selfies with background blur, stickers and face unlock.

Tata Sky Broadband services launched in 12 cities, offers up to 100Mbps speed

TataSky has launched its broadband internet services in 12 cities – New Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Ahmedabad, Mira Bhayandar, Bhopal, Chennai and Bengaluru in India. Plans start at Rs. 999 offering 5Mbps unlimited speed and goes up to 100Mbps at Rs. 2,500. It costs Rs. 1,200 for installation and also comes with a free Wi-Fi router.
