After teasers, Motorola today confirmed the launch of Motorola edge 20 and edge 20 Fusion smartphones in India on August 17th, after the edge 20 series were introduced last month. The edge 20 has a 6.67″ OLED, 10-bit colour screen with DCI-P3 colour space and HDR10+ and 144Hz refresh rate and the Lite version which is launching as Fusion version has a 90Hz refresh rate. HMD Global has launched the Nokia C20 Plus, the company’s latest smartphone in the C series in India, after it was announced in China back in June. Samsung has silently introduced the Galaxy A12 Nacho, a new smartphone in the ‘Galaxy A series’ in Europe. This has similar specification as the Galaxy A12 including a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display, matte finish back, 48MP quad rear cameras and a 5000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging, but this is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 850 SoC instead of MediaTek Helio P35 SoC. Moto 360 (3rd Gen), the company’s new smartwatch, has been launched in India, after it was introduced back in 2019.
