Amazon just launched Onida Fire TV Edition 32-inch HD and 43-inch Full HD smart TVs in India. These TVs run Fire OS compared to Android, yet it supports Prime Video, Hotstar, Netflix, YouTube, Sony Liv, Zee5, Sun Nxt and more, similar to a Fire TV stick says Amazon. With the voice remote, you can just ask Alexa to search for and watch from a vast catalog of streaming TV shows and movies. Microsoft’s Xbox ‘Project Scarlett’ is Xbox Series X, coming in 2020

Google Assistant Interpreter Mode rolling out to Google Home devices and Smart Displays [Update: Rolling out to Android and iOS phones worldwide]

Update: Google has announced that the interpreter mode is now rolling out for Assistant-enabled Android and iOS phones worldwide that lets you translate across 44 languages. It’s integrated with the Assistant on Android phone. To access it on iOS, you can download the latest Google Assistant app.

Nokia 2.3 with 6.2-inch display, dual rear cameras teased ahead of India launch

OPPO Find X2 with Snapdragon 865, new Sony Image Sensor to be announced in Q1 2020

OPPO at the Qualcomm tech summit confirmed that it will introduce its next flagship smartphone powered by Snapdragon 865 Mobile Platform in Q1 2020. Now the company has confirmed that it will be the Find X2, successor of the Find X which was introduced last year. The phone will have higher resolution, improved refresh rate, better colors, and wider dynamic range compared to its predecessor, said the company. Nokia Smart TV 55-inch First Impressions

Nokia ventured into the Smart TV segment with the launch of its first Smart TV in India last week in partnership with Flipkart. We got to check out the TV, and here are our first impressions. The TV comes only in Black color, and has minimal bezels, and in the box you get a  remote control, metal base stand and screws, wall mount stand and screws, user manual, power cord and 2x AAA batteries for the remote.

Nokia 7.1 Android 10 update starts rolling out

HMD Global has started rolling out Android 10 update for the Nokia 7.1 smartphone, which makes it the third Nokia phone to get the update after the Nokia 8.1 in October and Nokia 9 PureView last week. It was launched last year running Android Oreo, and got the Pie update soon after. Android 10 brings number of additional privacy and security features for users, as well as Dark Theme, Smart Reply, Focus mode, dedicated ‘Privacy section’, and lots more.
