Dell has expanded its premium consumer laptop portfolio in India with the launch of the XPS 13, Dell 14S, Dell 16S and Alienware 15.
Dell XPS 13
The new XPS 13 features a CNC-machined aluminium chassis that measures 12.7mm thick and weighs 1kg. It is powered by Intel Core Series 3 processors, while Intel Core Ultra Series 3 variants will be available later. The laptop supports up to 32GB LPDDR5X memory and, depending on the configuration, offers either two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports or two Thunderbolt 4/USB Type-C ports.
It sports a 13-inch 2.5K InfinityEdge LCD touch display with a variable refresh rate of 30Hz to 120Hz, 500 nits peak brightness, 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage and Eyesafe technology. Other features include Intel Wi-Fi 7, Dolby Atmos-tuned quad speakers, a backlit keyboard, AI-enabled experiences and up to 17 hours of streaming battery life.
The laptop comes in Sky and Storm colour options, with the latter arriving later, and is ENERGY STAR certified and EPEAT Gold registered with Climate+ designation.

Dell 14S and Dell 16S
The Dell 14S and Dell 16S are powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 or AMD Ryzen AI 400 Series processors, delivering up to 50 TOPS NPU performance for AI workloads. According to Dell, the Dell 16S with the Intel Core Ultra X7 358H processor delivers up to 55% higher graphics performance than the previous generation. Both laptops feature a 15.3mm metal design, with the Dell 14S weighing from 1.46kg, and are available in Celestial Blue and Frost Blue colour options.
The Dell 14S is available with FHD+ OLED touch and non-touch display options, while the Dell 16S features a 2.8K OLED touch display. Across the lineup, the displays offer refresh rates of up to 120Hz, 400 nits brightness, Dolby Vision support and 100% DCI-P3 colour coverage. Connectivity includes two USB Type-C ports, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one HDMI 2.1 port and a headset jack.
Both laptops also incorporate recycled aluminium and plastics, ship in fully recycled packaging, and are ENERGY STAR certified and EPEAT Gold registered with Climate+ designation.

Alienware 15
Dell has also introduced the Alienware 15 with configurations featuring up to an Intel Core 7 (Series 2) 240H processor and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 graphics. It features a 15.3-inch WUXGA display with a 165Hz refresh rate, a 16:10 aspect ratio, advanced thermal technology and a Nova Black polycarbonate resin chassis.
Connectivity options include two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, two USB-C ports, HDMI 2.1, RJ45 Ethernet, a universal audio jack and a dedicated power port. The port selection supports external displays, wired networking and USB-C charging. According to Dell, the laptop has been tested for accidental spills of up to 60ml and drops of up to 18 inches on all six faces and four corners.
