The specsheet confirms the existence of the phone and even theres a video of the N86 in action below
From the spec sheet its learnt that the phone will features a 8 Mp camera – no xenon but dual led flash , does video recording
We have been talking about the N86 and that its the 8MP Flagship Cameraphone from Nokia
When we have been watching whats happenning in Barcelona , this phone was spotted in a ovi album in Singapore and within minutes the news spread accross the globe.

Sony Ericsson today announced Idou which is it’s new high-end device, on the lines of Xperia but is powered by Symbian Foundation OS. Idou has a 12.1-Megapixel camera, with Xenon flash and a large 16:9 Touchscreen.
As of now we know Idou or I do U as a concept / codename of a phone. It might be the model of the phone itself.
Its a phone running Symbian OS .. Will nokia get new competition ?

LG Arena aka the KM 900 is officially out
The phone has a unique 3D touchscreen interface some what similar to the Panels interface in Xperia
“The direct, intuitive and dynamic S-Class UI will be unlike anything that has appeared on a mobile phone before,” Skott Ahn, president and CEO of LG Mobile, said in a statement. and LG is expected to show this phone at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this week.
The Arena phone will have a 3 inch touchscreen display (800×480 pixels) and a 5-megapixel camera will support DVD quality video recording.

The LG Watch Phone – GD910 was glimpsed at the recently concluded CES 2009 event and is only a glimpse of what LG is working on for the next iteration of mobile phones.
Nicole Lee from CNet was lucky enough to gather info about the LG Watch Phone and was surprised at how easy it seemed to dial numbers on the tiny dial pad, even though the screen only measures 1.43 inches diagonally.
According to LG, texting will be done in a similar manner with a virtual T9 keypad.
The glass screen on top works as a capacitive touch screen, while on the right side of the watch are three buttons: the Talk, Clear, and End buttons, respectively. The Watch Phone’s speakers were surprisingly loud even at the event.

Is Nokia N97 Coming for the New Year in India ? World wide availability of this device is stated as 2009 .. but when ?
The phone appears on the Univercell website and it is said to cost approximately Rs.38,462.
Well it is not too costly for a device of this stature. I would definitely be buying it for this price. What do you say people. Pour in your comments.

As we had predicted before , the HTC G1 which we unboxed earlier is coming soon to India.
HTC might bundle the handset with an Airtel Connection like RIM does for BlackBerry. HTC also offers a few phones exclusively on Airtel. Univercell shows this phone as coming soon and its priced at Rs.25000 or 500 USD
This is an interesting price point as iPhone 3G , Omnia and Xperia are all more costly than G1
G1 is definitely not a phone you would buy for its looks .. But still these are the phones which are making the news these days .

Sony Ericsson has filed a patent that allows zooming to be done just by the moving the camera back and forth. According to the patent, a reference object is needed to pre-determine the zoom factor that you want the lens to go. Hewlett-Packard, aiming to grow its device business beyond corporate users, is preparing to release a new smart phone targetted at consumers, reports WSJ.
The new device will have a touchscreen, slide out QWERTY keypad and will use Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system. It will be able to send and receive emails, and access the Internet.
