Google Nexus 4 Unboxing

The Nexus 4 is a mobile phone collaboration between Google and LG and was launched worldwide last week. Thanks to its incredible specifications and low price point, the handset sold out within minutes, and is now one of the most sought-after pieces of mobile tech, with phones currently changing hands for twice their original purchase price on auction sites. We managed to get our hands on one, and we’re going to inflict the usual unboxing treatment on it for your viewing pleasure.

Lenovo P700i Hands-on

At the Chennai Lenovo event, we got a hands on experience of all the new Lenovo devices that were launched that day. Previously, we showed you the S880, the S560 and the K860. And now, the Lenovo P700i, which, funnily has a code-named similar to one of the earlier Sony Ericsson PDAs. With that trivial fact aside, lets take a look at the only white coloured phone on display at the event!

Apple iPad mini Hands on Photo Gallery

Apple unveiled the iPad mini with a 7.9-inch (1024 x 768 pixels) display at 163 ppi and a dual-core A5 processor last month. I got some hands-on time with the WiFi version of the iPad mini. It went on pre-order on October 26th in over 30 countries and the WiFi version goes on sale in those countries today (November 2nd) and the WiFi + Cellular version would be available by mid-November. The iPad mini with WiFi is priced at $329, $429 and $529 for the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB versions respectively, in the U.S., while the 16GB, 32GB and 64GB WiFi + Cellular versions would cost $459, $559 and $659 respectively. HTC Desire SV Hands on Photo Gallery

When the Samsung Galaxy S3 was unveiled we felt the handset was a tad large for a smart phone. But 6 months down the lane , the Samsung Galaxy S3 meets it’s bigger brother the Galaxy Note 2 and looks pretty small in comparison. May be the large screen phones have grown on us ? The S3 packs a 4.8 inch display while the Note 2 has a massive 5.5 inch display. Samsung Galaxy Note 2 vs iPhone 4S Photo Gallery

Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 2 in India yesterday and we managed to take some devices from the FoneArena labs to the event for a real life comparison to find out how big the new Note is. While the Note 2 is a lot easier to grip , it is still a big phone. It makes the iPhone 4S look so small when held next to it.
