Why i think Nokia should “archive” most Ovi Services

Okay, so here I’m back with a little rant which is long overdue in my opinion. I was an Ovi User since Day 1. My Ovi Share Album is still filled with a ton of pictures, that i dont even have on my hard disk. Whenever I was on the Road, i took the Pics, uploaded them, ready for my loved ones to have a look at. But, after a huge site upate, share on Ovi got messed up and since is barely usable. After some weeks of exactly nothing happening, i decided to go for a Flickr Pro Account. Why? Simple, better integration with other OSes, much more Options, and an active developer scene, that helps making the experience better with numerous helpers, like Picnik, a great online picture editing tool.

LG Optimus Z launched in Korea

LG has launched the Optimus Z in Korea which is also known by model numbers SU950 / KU9500. This is an Android Smartphone powered by a 1GHz CPU. LG is launching this handset with Android 2.1 OS but is promising an update to 2.2 before end of this year. This is the 3rd device in the Optimus Range from the Korean handset maker. Vodafone To Offer 3G Services By Year-End

Vodafone Essar Limited, the Indian subsidiary of Vodafone Group Plc will launch 3G services in India by the year-end. Vodafone has already acquired 3G spectrum in nine circles which includes Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai.

Economic Times recently reported that Vodafone Essar Limited, the Indian subsidiary of Vodafone Group Plc will launch 3G services in India by the year-end. Vodafone has already acquired 3G spectrum in nine circles which includes Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai & Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra & Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh (East) and West Bengal for Rs 11,617 crore.
